(it had come to me while I was in meditation.) But I'd often yearned to return to my birth name, Sharon. However, because of a promise I'd made, I couldn't use my family of origin's name. So I chose the name "Poet" because my mother had called me the "little Poet" when I was a child. My middle name, "Rose" also comes from an experience with my mother. Sharon Rose Poet is now my legal name. God, help those who threaten her life to find their Hearts.
